The People v The Gun

  • Listening to: The sounds out my window
Its easy to convict a gun with murder.The gun can't defend itself, so with a dead testimony the prosecution rests.
But the shooter can defend itself and often blames the gun.Knowing that the gun will have no rebuttal.
So when the prosecution goes to cross examine the weapon, they find the gun's testimony uncompetitive,not convincing & most of all non-existent.
But only a weak prosecution would convict a gun with murder.
